These delicious chocolate bars were created for us by Coracao Confections. Matthew Rogers, co-author of Sweet Gratitude and creator of the chocolate and sweets department at Cafe Gratitude joined forces with Cafe Gratitude co-worker Daniel Korson to start Coracao Confections in 2008. We love them and their delicious chocolates!!! And we're sure you'll love them too.
